The premium choice, and the right one when the annual day doubles as a reward. Ballroom capacity comfortably past 800, five-star production values, and rooms on site so the leadership team and outstation staff stay the night rather than driving back.

The caution is the same one that applies to any Kukas booking: the drive. An annual day ends late, and if most of your staff live in Jaipur and are driving themselves home at midnight, the location works against you. It is excellent when people stay and awkward when they do not.

Hotel Clarks Amer

The most practical mid-to-large option in the city. A dedicated convention centre with halls running from around fifty to six hundred, in-house catering and AV, and a central location that most staff can reach easily.

Lohagarh Fort Resort, Kukas

Worth a look specifically when families are a big part of the day. A resort format with grounds and activity space means children have somewhere to be, which solves the problem that quietly ruins family-inclusive annual days: nowhere for a seven-year-old to go during a forty-minute awards segment.

Harika Bagh, Jagatpura

We operate this one, so treat the following as a statement of fit. Harika Bagh is a resort and banquet venue in Jagatpura, roughly fifteen minutes from the city centre with the airport and Ring Road close. Two air-conditioned banquet halls, two gardens, on-site guest rooms, dedicated parking, power backup and in-house coordination. Comfortable at roughly 150 to 300 guests.

The reason annual days sit well here is the two-mode problem described above. The formal session and awards run in a hall, and the programme moves out to the gardens for dinner and the evening without anyone changing buildings or waiting for a room to be reset. Between October and March, an outdoor or partly outdoor annual day in Jaipur is genuinely pleasant, and that is when most companies run them. It is also wedding season, which means the venues that handle annual days well are competing for the same dates. Three to four months of lead time is realistic for a good date in that window, and less than that narrows your options quickly.
